Delivery fees
A flat delivery fee applies to all governorates: IQD 5,000 per order, regardless of the number of items.

Payment method
Cash on delivery, paid to the courier when your order is handed over.
Order stages
- Under review - We've received your order and are confirming it.
- Being prepared - Your order is confirmed and your products are being packed.
- Out for delivery - Your order is with the delivery company and on its way to you.
- Delivered - Your order has reached you.
If delivery fails (for example, an inaccurate address or an unanswered courier call), our team will contact you to reschedule.
